Because alcoholic beverages are regulated products and often limited in availability, our refund, return, and cancellation policies are designed to maintain fairness and operational efficiency.

Refund & Return Policy
All sales made through Global Whiskey Market are final. We do not offer refunds or returns on completed purchases.
Due to the nature of alcoholic beverages and industry regulations, once an order is processed and fulfilled, it cannot be returned or exchanged except in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Order Cancellation Policy
Customers may request to cancel an order; however, cancellation fees may apply depending on the order status.
Unshipped Orders
If an order has not yet been shipped, it may be canceled with a 10% cancellation fee based on the total order value.
Shipped Orders
If the order has already been processed and shipped, a 25% restocking fee will apply if the shipment is successfully returned.
Shipping Label Created
Once a shipping label has been generated, the shipping cost becomes non-refundable.
If the order qualified for free promotional shipping, a $40 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from any applicable refund to cover shipping expenses.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We carefully pack all orders to ensure safe delivery. However, if your package arrives damaged or contains an incorrect product, please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible.
